How it works

From a bare domain to a live ChatGPT campaign

No setup wizard with forty fields, no ads jargon to learn first. You give us a domain, we do the reading, and you make a handful of decisions a business owner is actually equipped to make. The windows below aren't screenshots — click around in them.

01

We read your site — properly

You enter your domain. We fetch every sitemap your site declares (shops often have several — products, categories, the about pages hiding in the third one), merge them, and suggest the five pages that best describe your business. You can tick, untick, or paste your own URLs.

Then we read the selected pages, with live progress — not a spinner that hopes you'll stop watching. If your site uses one of the shop platforms that fight crawlers, we escalate to a rendering fetch automatically.

Reading your site
  • Fetching sitemaps — 3 found, merged
  • Reading /services…
  • Reading /about…
  • Reading /prices…
  • Collecting images (12 kept)
  • Summing up what you sell

Done in 74 seconds. Next: a couple of questions.

02

A short interview about what your pages don't say

Websites rarely say who they're not for, why customers really pick them, or where the price sits. So instead of guessing, we ask — but only about what the pages left open. A site that explains itself well gets one or two questions. A thin one gets five. Every question is skippable, and skipping means "the pages have it right."

Try it — answer or skip:

Question 1 / 2

Your services page lists both private and commercial work. Is one of these the customer you actually want more of?

03

Your brand profile — one document, yours to correct

Everything we read and everything you answered becomes one document: what you sell, product categories, ideal customers, the problems you solve, who you don't serve, geography, price position. It's versioned, and it feeds everything generated after it — so getting it right pays off everywhere at once.

Correcting it takes one line — typed straight into a field, or told to the chat. The system even writes its own best guesses at what it got wrong, phrased so one click fixes them.

Pick what to advertise

We cluster your pages into offers — each with its landing page attached. Sensible ones come pre-checked. Add your own with a name and a URL. Tick what you want; each becomes a campaign.

05

The plan: hints, cards, and a reason for everything

For every offer we build ad groups by intent — people mid-problem, people comparing options, people searching your name — each with 5–8 context hints, exclusion hints for who you'd rather not pay for, and 2–3 chat cards previewed exactly as ChatGPT renders them, image included. Every ad group carries a one-line rationale in plain language: "These reach people weighing options — expect lower CTR but cheaper clicks."

Agree? Do nothing — accepting the defaults untouched is a valid path. New campaigns land as proposals: nothing is pushed, nothing spends, until you approve it.

06

Pre-flight: our review before OpenAI's review

Every ad in ChatGPT goes through OpenAI's review, and a rejection costs you a day. So we run our own first, on the things reviews actually fail on. Hard problems block launch until fixed. Judgment calls can be consciously accepted — your call, on the record.

Run it yourself — one check will fail:

Pre-flight — our review before OpenAI's
  • Every card has an image (256 × 256 or larger)
  • No picture repeated inside an ad group
  • Landing pages load and allow OpenAI's crawler
  • No claims the landing page can't back up
  • Titles fit before the card truncates them
07

Launch through your key — or take the export

Connect your ChatGPT Ads API key (paste, validate, done — the key is encrypted and never leaves the backend) and we create everything paused, activate it once complete, then watch review status and tell you the moment you're approved — or exactly what to fix if you're not.

No key yet — maybe because self-serve hasn't opened in your market? Export the whole plan and it waits, ready to push in one click when you do connect.

The first week, coached — free

Day one to three: "Not enough data yet. Change nothing." — because early panic-edits are how new advertisers burn budgets. Day four: an honest read on your numbers with concrete hints to try. Day seven: what worked, what to swap, and what Pro would do about it from here. That week costs nothing, because it's the week that proves the channel.

Day 2

Not enough data yet (312 impressions). Change nothing.

Day 7

First week done. Here's what worked — and three hints worth swapping.

Rain on a workshop window, a mug and a folded rag on the sill, the yard grey and out of focus beyond.

What we won't pretend

ChatGPT advertising is new. Auction prices are higher than people expect (the platform's own suggested bid is around $3 per click), ads only show to free-tier users, and reviews can take up to a day. We set defaults that actually deliver, tell you what things cost, and never touch a running campaign without your say-so. The coach gives you honest reads, not celebration confetti.

Twenty minutes. Time it.

Start with your domain and see how far you get. The first campaign is free, all the way to live.
